Hedgecock Racing Enterprises was founded by stock car industry veteran, Jay Hedgecock. Jay started this fabrication business back in 1983 in High Point, NC. After beginning his career building and racing his own race cars, Jay worked his way up to Winston Cup using equipment and race cars that he and his crew built themselves. Through this process, Jay developed a reputation for building great racecars and other drivers and team owners started coming to him for their race car fabrication needs.
Hedgecock Racing Enterprises has a stellar reputation throughout the racing industry, and has been a leader in the industry in stock car fabrication since inception. Jay and his team have built race cars for many drivers including: Nascar’s Richard Petty, Dale Earnhart, Sr., as well as trucks for Mark Martin's son, Matt Martin and race cars for many other drivers in many other racing series.

Hedgecock Racing Academy
Trains and equips individuals looking for a career as a Nascar Team Member. Known in the motor sports industry as the premier stock car fabrication training and certification center in the motor sports industry, 70% of Hedgecock Racing Academy graduates find jobs in NASCAR and other motor sports industry jobs.
