NASCAR FAQ
Established in 1983 by President, Jay Hedgecock. Jay has been in motorsports since the age of 15 yrs old, when he began his driving career. He designed and built his first chassis at the age of 17 yrs old. Hedgecock Racing specializes in Late Model Stock Car, UARA, PASS, Busch East, Super Late Model, Hooter’s Pro-Cup and Truck chassis. Former chassis builder of Nascar's Richard Petty and Dale Earnhart before building was brought in-house at Petty Enterprise and Richard Childress Racing Team. Today’s facility is 12,500 sq. feet, with a Machine shop, Chassis shop, Sheet metal shop and full line for racing parts in the Parts Department.
